Have you noticed that Bite Me has gone multi-national?! well, maybe just AMS+CPH but still...As usually with Bite Me we are expanding in an organic process so it isn’t like, we are going to open an Open COOP Canteen number 2 tomorrow or launch StreetDinners here in…November? No, instead we want to run around the city (and the country if possible) and talk to all the cool people who are already doing pretty great stuff. Why? Because we want to contribute and develop more than compete. Please feel free to share to or write us about anyone we should connect to. Now something will of course happen while we do all this talking, we are working on: 1) An anthropological research into the meaning of food from shopping, over the dinner-meal to the lunch-leftovers and how families’ tangible actions surrounding this process are actually influenced (if at all) by all this talking about food. You will continuously be updated about this 2-year project AND a lot of other interesting stories about food. Get on board by writing [email protected] 2) We also want to already start to offer Conceptual Food Experiences from both our concepts and our workshops in Denmark. Right now we are searching for interesting kitchens, spaces and partners who want to talk with us about it so please contact [email protected] if you are curious. We do also hope that some day in the not to distant future, you can find Bite Me in a physical location in Copenhagen and be part of some great StreetDinners.
