Have you or your child had experience with Community Access Services? A researcher from Flinders University is looking for participants to take part in an online survey to Explore the service quality and innovation in Community Access Services for people with disabilities in Australia. The researcher is looking for people with disabilities transition from secondary school into post school options particularly Community Access Services (sometimes called Day options) in Australia. As a participant in the questionnaire you will have opportunities to present relevant knowledge and experience of Community Access Services for people with disabilities including expectations, needs and experiences.
