There is no fee to participate, but we do want you to make an Iron Bar Penny Challenge Donation to the Sweat Angel Fundraiser page, all supporting Barbells for Boobs, a non-profit that helps provide services, procedures, and early detection for people who might not otherwise be able to afford it. This month through our Sweat Angel program, every Facebook check-in we receive helps earn a procedure/service and so far we have accumulated enough check-ins to help one person! The Iron Bar Gym is proud to participate in Barbells for Boobs with the workout “Grace”, 30 Clean & Jerks for time or “Double Grace”, 60 Clean & Jerks for time. We will have plenty of options to choose from to complete the workout… you can use Dumbbells, a medicine ball, or even a PVC pipe. It’s not about how fast or how heavy you do the workout, but that we come together to honor and support all of those affected by breast cancer. Our Barbells for Boobs event is open to anyone, so invite your friends and families to join us!
