Weve created an organized approach to training your muscles with various degrees of progression throughout the week, starting with Subversion STRENGTH on Mondays, Obtain DEFINITION on Wednesdays, and Catalyst CARDIO on Fridays! What does this mean for Subversionites attending Bootcamp classes 3x per week? It means youll start your week with heavier strength training moves that really fire up your large muscles... And ultimately your metabolism. Then well target your smaller muscle groups with moves designed to tone your trouble spots. Finally, youll end your week with a heart-pumping, extra-calorie-burning cardio and core session! You know what the best workout routine is? One that is CONSISTENT and that you COMMIT to! Weve taken the work out of working out! All you have to do is show up... And enjoy your new body a few months from now!
