Artist, healers, nature-based spiritual practitioners, herbalist and open minded homesteaders Ok I have come across a beautiful Mansion in the mountains that is just perfect for a small community to form. Its six suites with your own bathroom, 3 kitchens..massive, beautiful ,fully furnished mansion... It would be 600 a month all inclusive with 600 down payment because of all the down payment Im going to have to make... Its not a sure thing , but Im looking into it.. The house would already have 1 cat and one dog- so no more pets. ( actually would be okay to have caged pet in your room - birds, hamster , reptile ... Long as you kept it clean and there was zero smell).. Plus if you just have an awesome well behaved and social cat or dog we can at least talk.. Nothing destructive and nothing that would even growl at somebody ) What I require is.. Outdoor smoking only You clean up after yourself and on your level you help keep the common rooms clean... You have to work or have regular income and you must be a low drama , easy to get along with individual . No heavy drinking or illegal drug use. As a Native American practitioner I can and will do earth medicine sacraments legally... And I work with herbal medicines... It has three kitchens... Youll have an assigned kitchen that you only have to share with one or two people... Lots and lots of decking and outdoor spaces , 3 Jacuzzis and a rec room with a massive pool table... Is plenty of room for artists and crafters to work from home as well as healing practitioners to work from home... Native American spirituality will be openly practice in this home... so if youre uptight about that its not a good place for you.. Couples and well behaved children are welcome, but there would be an additional fee to help cover the additional utilities... Its 30 minutes out of Asheville near Waynesville Please note I have gatherings regularly with the Brown Bear Medicine Lodge , conduct classes and have healing circles- but at the same time Im going to have a separate cottage on the property... You will have to be okay with people being around... Kind of exciting when everything you thought about and talked about for years and years pops into form... The lovely and beloved owners of the Mars Hill homestead needs to sell it and actually I think I need a much bigger work space - so its all good... I work from home - but will be gone through the week alot to watch my grandbaby.... With a place that big - you can have plenty of alone time and then community time as you wish... It would be at least 6 months at a time lease... Not able to rent month to month. Background checks and personal references will be performed on each community member as we will be having children around and we want to make sure everyone is nice and safe.
