Have you worked with insurance adjusters? My car was damaged by DAS Auto Shippers during my relocation, and theyre only offering to cover some of the damages ($2063 of $3864) because they say other damages were denied due to the size and severity of damages claimed ... considered to be normal wear and tear as a result of normal road conditions ... not consistent with transportation negligence. The damages they dont want to cover include rashing a wheel rim, scratching both rear doors, a rock ding in the and scratching the rear bumper. If I say no, I dont accept this, what happens? Do I have to sue?
