Havent been to the gym in a few days so I thought Id slowly start getting back in to the rhythm of things with a full body barbell complex. I find this a nice lil pick me up for full body conditioning. Lol I call it .......HELL 666 6 rounds - 6 exercises - 6 reps 90 sec rests @ 135lbs to start and adding 10 lbs a side per successful (controlled) round. Stiff leg deadlift Bent over row Full clean Standing military press Back squat Push up Adjust your weights accordingly and value good form and control over speed. Be explosive but not reckless. This should have your heart rate the the roof and will benefit everyone from weight loss to general athleticism. Can you make it to hell and back?
