Havent spoken with step-mom or dad for about a year, got a call on Christmas morn and they picked son up for 3 hrs...I JUST called him, havent recd anything from him since first of Dec, she took the phone away and talked to me...So Im just doing my job as responsible parent to f/u with child suppt that I havent recd just checking in with all of you...because thats my job...need some pep talks cuz his Mrs. says that shes going to file a restraining order because Im harassing a sick man...granted the court has ordered an amt to be taken out of his weekly partial disability check and right now its probably stuck somewhere in the system...but still, its important for me to advocate for my child. They are living quite well and hes receiving about $500 weekly...and she has a good job. Just need to vent, thanks. Would appreciate the support, dont have anyone to talk to about this...and just a reminder, my son just turned 13 the other day and hadnt heard from his dad in over a year.
