Having a chronic pain illness can change your life dramatically but that doesnt give those around you the right to judge you. All the walk more, exercise more, your just being lazy, youre exaggerating, and so on are not wanted nor need, or are they even helpful. What you cannot see on the out side is torture on the inside. So please DONT judge us, we DONT Jude you. I hope you all are having a tolerable day/night. Im hurting, but the day/night presses on. xoxo
