Having a happy client is always a joy! We usually have a celebratory atmosphere at the office, with thumbs up all round when they express how much they like our results. Recently, we installed these beautiful curtains, which are just a portion of an ongoing living room project. We presented the client with many samples to choose from and she immediately fell in love with this fabric. We were a bit concerned when we learned the price as it was over their budget. We made many phone calls to our curtain maker, tried different style ideas to see if we could minimize her expenses but still came a bit high. So back to the show rooms we went to gather more samples with the same color, texture, pattern and feel to the original one she loved so much. This time, our client came along for the experience. We found many choices and she went home pleased with the results, and enthusiastic to test the new finds on her walls. We thought we had a winner! Well…not really. Only a day went bye and the client called us back saying how she couldn’t part from the original choice no matter what it meant to her budget. As you see, she was happy with her choice and had total control of the direction of her budget. She made a decision that not only made the overall design look even more exquisite but most importantly it made her happier! We love successful stories like this one and always go above and beyond to make clients’ design experience a joyful one every time. Stay tune for the final results.
