Having a hard morning :( my baby has been sick all week, didnt see the signs and he couldnt tell me how he felt.....I bet he has been in discomfort all week long and I didnt even know it. I feel so bad that he cant just say mommy, I dont feel good. I bet he wanted to :( also, at the doctors office he was asked on several occasions where does it hurt or can you look at me? I kept having to say he cant respond to you..... they said his infection is pretty bad, how long has he been complaining of the symptoms and I wanted to yell at them and say dont you get it? He cant complain of symptoms. Sometimes it is hard having a child with an invisible disability because he looks completely typical and people just dont understand, and you have to explain his autism to everyone he meets. Sorry for the vent, just really bummed for him today.
