Having a mood disorder paired with ADHD is not all stigma to the one experiencing it from the inside out. The unflattering symptoms which appear objectively to others as defects are often private gifts of insight to the diagnosed - subjective observations which are difficult to explain or pin down. I often have a sort of sixth sense knowledge about the motives of others, about the hidden workings of a set of circumstances, or the general sense of history about a place. For example, when I lived in historical downtown Wilmington NC, I was inspired to design an intricate quilt made of reproduction fabrics that turned out to be consistent with my neighborhoods history, but the realization of it can not be determined chronologically in terms of how it came to me. So, anyway...I am watching this forensic analyst talk on TV about how highways are more nefarious than we realize when it comes to trafficking victims of homicide. Bingo. It confirms what I figured out instinctively on this same subject after moving to TN. Then, he goes onto say that TN is a dumping ground for victims. The highways intersect here in the first backwoods rural opportunity to dump a body. I knew that! Not kidding. He confirmed it! I figured that out, and here he is confirming it. He works with about 3,000 un-identified skeletons, bodies found in TN, which are boxed up for the sake of organization until they can be identified. There is even what is called a bodyfarm in Knoxville, TN where people actually volunteer (like being an organ donor) to have their body decay in the elements for the sake of forensic study. There is no other place like it in the states. In the trunk of a car, a shallow grave, or just dumped, forensics are using this bodyfarm to get better at identifying the dead. No one goes away quietly, people!
