Having a reflective moment and some much needed quiet time with myself to listen to what is going on with myself and what is the solution to continue to move ahead on this journey God has blessed me with. I believe that we are given obstacles, situations in life and people in our lives who we can learn how to be better people based on our ability to look outside of our self. I view life like a giant mountain which I am constantly climbing and observing the view and situations around me. Sometimes I may slide down the trail a little bit in order to place my feet on more secure ground to push ahead. If I continue to take the same path and continue to slide down the same trail how will I ever move ahead? If I adjust my footing and take a moment to look at the different paths which lay ahead I will move much quicker of the mountain. I am given tools, life lines, branches to hold on to. I am given beautiful angels who give me guidance and support and remind me that I do not have to walk the same path nor do I have to walk it alone. I must putt in perspective that I am not in charge and that if I am quiet within myself God will show me the way. If I continue to sit in self, wallow in self pity and stay stuck in the problem I will not grow nor will I make any head way up the mountain. I feel humble, drained, and in a place of surrender. I am in a place of utter defeat of what USED to work for me. What a splendid place to begin again and choose another path to take my journey up an incredible mountain with so many beautiful views. And the result was nil until we let go absolutely... feeling blessed, grateful, humble and honored to be walking this journey with a couple of beautiful angels along side of me.
