Having a restaurant buisness isnt easy.... When you have a government constantly pushing you to pay more taxes ect.... Sometimes you could go for years without making a profit and still everyone thinks you are making a great profit.... As an owner you realize how many depend on your buisness to feed their families so you continue to work hard to keep it going ..... My hats off to small buisness owners.... For many years a minimum wage job was not considered a carreer because in this country you are suppose to better yourself to study and have a professional career but now slowly that is going away.. College students are struggling to find good paying Jobs... Where is the American dream going? and whos fault is it. I think Government has control of everything and when they blame big buisness ect .. That is just a cop/out.. They keep us the people divided with other issues and that isnt good for us .
