Having an insane case of food poisoning, I was worried about my flight back. Boarding the plane, I quickly approached a steward (Jason Lee) for lemon, water and salt. Upon hearing that I had a case of food poisoning, he brought me countless cups of lemon and water, even giving me a glass of salt and a spoon, over the course of the flight, recommended me coke with salt too, and even offered to lock a toilet for me so I can skip the queue if needed (I declined, haha). Although the flight was delayed (still yet to take off), the crew very quickly brought drinks, snacks and tried to make everyone feel as comfortable as we could. The last time I had a delay on another airline I shall not name, the crew sat behind the plane and took the opportunity socialise with one another, like it was a secondary school campfire. I dont think my words can fully express my gratitude to Jason and his colleagues, all of whom made sure I was comfortable in my seat. Singapore Airlines, you really are a great way to fly.
