Having been down the roads Ive been down and doing the things Ive done. And reflecting on where Ive gone in my life and my inability to accomplish even the simplest tasks, Ive raced through my mind trying to find reasons as to why Ive had I difficulty truly living a life. Why have a had such a hard time? Considering the fact that I always try and fill up my time pointless vices to pass on thoughts of pain and guilt for what my actions have done and the person that it has hurt I remembered what my brother taught me about treading lightly on the souls of others because every step leaves a foot print Ive concluded that all my problems are truly of my own doing. Today I casted thought to the seven deadly sins. And realized that maybe the life I have been living consisted of these mortal errors. Pride is excessive belief in ones own abilities, that interferes with the individuals recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity. Envy is the desire for others traits, status, abilities, or situation. Gluttony is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires. Lust is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body. Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as Wrath. Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual. It is also called Avarice or Covetousness. Sloth is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work. I am only human. And life is a journey truly worth effort.
