Having been helped out at my lowest I think its only right to help when I can. Without going into detail I tried to help a friend yesterday which lead to a great gesture from World Champion Lee Charles offering to come to Fight Fortress to take a session for our students. Very grateful to him and our friend KristopherRicks. My message (if you can call it that) from this for my Fight Fortress is simple. Pay It Forward. Help when you can but dont do so expecting returns for they will come if its right. If you are lucky enough to attend the session with Lee then I expect you to reach out and offer help to someone who needs it. You know its the right thing to do Pay It Forward.
