Having designed my garden to attract wildlife, I had not anticipated the presence of two brown sheep today in the back garden. I decided to confront the said beasts. The larger one eyed me with suspicion, while the small one ignored me and continued munching. (kids, huh, no respect!) After a few vain attempts to direct them to a possible exit (they can move remarkably fast), I thought What would a sheepdog do?. I managed to direct them round to the front, but they immediately went round the other side into the back again. I thought of calling the police, but the only time I did that in the past was when a bunch of drunks had a fight outside in the road at one in the morning: the police arrived at 3:30. Eventually, after a few chases round the garden, the sheep, having demonstrated their superior tactical ability, obviously took pity on me, and disappeared into the sunset even before I could utter the magic words Mint Sauce
