Having keenly listened to Migori case that ended on Tuesday, I - TopicsExpress

Having keenly listened to Migori case that ended on Tuesday, I wish to tell my fellow comrades that we need not to speculate that the court is gonna rule in favour of #Obado. The argument presented by #Oyugis lawyer Mr #Mwenesi has a strong legal ground that I believe the Judges are going to look into while perusing the evidence provided by the petitioner and the two respondents; #Obado and the #IEBC. Going by the election results frm our good nighbours frm #Kuria west, Im tempted to argue that they have adopted the #Tharaka #Nithi voting pattern that became central to the case before the supreme court. The court of appeal that nullified the election must have looked into such malpractices cz for me, whether the results presented later did not have any impact on the outcome of the elections, the fact is, the process was flawed and there is no need for us to filibuster over such matters. such an argument cud be a parameter in determining whether the whole process was free and fair. I therefore find the court of appeal to have been fair and justice enough to nullify the #Migori elections.I knw Patrice Mariba, Samuel Mpenda Raha and the rest are going to be mad at me bt thats a fact, albeit of the final decision expected to come frm the #Supreme court. The fact that #Prof. Oyugi declined to pick a #Kuria candidate as his running mate should not be a debating tool to give us hope bt to patiently wait for the court to issue its decision by notice.
