Having kinda a good news bad news day. Got up this morning to find that my fridge was not working...EVERYTHING in the freezer thawed (just went to the store Saturday). So that was the bad news. Immediately got on the phone to find a repairman to come out & work on it. The first one to answer his phone was Greg Douglas at Douglas Appliance. He said he could come today & would call me around two when he should be between calls. He did & came right over. I was very impressed with Greg as a repairman. He took time to explain & show us everything that he found. The fridge was beyond repair & he told us. Im sure he could have done a patch job & made some money but he was honest with us & said it was not worth fixing. He even went so far as to advise us on brands to look for and to avoid.
