Having my work compared to Albert Bierstadt twice in one day has put me on top of my creative world. Although hes a landscape painter from over 150 years ago, his work has the most influence on my work as a photographer than even any other photographer including Ansel Adams or Ray Atkeson. Before photography I tried painting and failed miserably, but his paintings were what I inspired to. If I can create the same moods and light in my photography I would be ecstatic.
