Having overwhelming feelings of guilt right now. A man one car in front of me kind of pulled his truck over to the curb but not all the way. As the car in front of me went around him and I started to as well, I noticed he was slumped over his steering wheel. I called 911, but I should have stopped. I know CPR and if that man was in trouble I could have possibly helped. Now I just feel so regretful. The ambulance and police did come screaming down the road to him before I was even 1/2 mile from his truck. I hope he is ok.
