Having problem getting your full amount of daily protein intake .. how about you make up for it: add 2 scoops of protein powder to your cereal or your fruit smoothies. This can also be added to your yogurt and oatmeal. add granola to your yogurt ( Non fat greek yogurt has up to 14g of protein and a serving of granola has 36g) perfect snack. add the herbalife Brevage mix to your lifestyle.. It tastes like juice, look like juice and even smells like juice, but it does a better job than juice (15g of protein and it helps keep you fuller longer say what now).. (Addicted to drink juice? Did you know that 1 cup of juice exceeds your daily sugar intake..
