Having sheep I learned a lot about my relationship with Christ and how it should be. For those of you not understanding this reference. And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: (Matthew 25:32-34 KJV) Sheep are incredible loyal and dependent on the shepherd. My sheep knew my voice, the sound of my truck pulling into the driveway and my timetable. I could turn them loose in the yard and they would follow me anywhere. They didnt listen to anyone else and would get ornery with strangers. I raised them, I fed them, and I protected them. But unlike our Shepherd there came a time that I had to let them go.
