Having worked in hospitals, I stand with all nurses, doctors, - TopicsExpress

Having worked in hospitals, I stand with all nurses, doctors, tech.s, environmental services (housekeeping) personnel, etc., nationwide for stating they desperately need the correct (level 3) safety gear, & the proper training, to safely treat Ebola patients. A surgical gown, mask, booties, & gloves doesnt cut it !!! Hospitals need to realize that not giving these people the proper gear could force the Nurses Unions to advise them to not treat Ebola patients until they are provided with it. If the stories one reads about the Govt. ordering at least 160,000 NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) suits is true, (not to mention supposedly also empty black plastic coffins), then there are plenty of these suits to give to the personnel charged with caring for the Ebola patients. There is NO EXCUSE to not train & provide our medical staff with these items. PERIOD !!!
