Hawaii’s locally owned and largest airport shuttle service - TopicsExpress

Hawaii’s locally owned and largest airport shuttle service provider is expanding its business statewide. With 420 employees, SpeediShuttle is hiring more airport greeters and growing its fleet of Mercedes-Benz shuttles and chauffeured driven cars to further improve the quality of their service at airports on Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island. Company officials say the move to expand its receptive services will result in significantly improved visitor arrival experiences. On Maui, SpeediShuttle recently stationed additional airport greeters throughout the facility to assist passengers in the arriving terminals. Having greeters welcome visitors and returning residents and get them on their way quickly will be a boon for the thousands of monthly customers holding reservations for SpeediShuttle’s Maui airport shuttle and chauffeured black car service. “As a resident of Maui who frequently flies into Kahului Airport, I’m always impressed by the warm Aloha and personal greetings our staff provide our wonderful visitors soon after disembarking the plane,” said President & CEO Cecil S. Morton. “That personal touch is what sets Hawai’i apart from the rest of the world.” Company officials say that with the new changes in Maui, SpeediShuttle is now free to greet guests at the gates and baggage areas before their luggage arrives, eliminating the uncertainty of securing a seat, long lines and wait times associated with having the previous ‘on demand’ shuttle service concession contract with the Department Of Transportation. SpeediShuttle recommends customers reserve their airport transfer service with SpeediShuttle, in advance of their arrival to eliminate any concern about reserving a seat and wait times when they are ready to leave the airport
