Hawk and I are looking for a place to live... Hawk is going to MMI and will be for another year.... We need to rent a room from Biker Friendly Peeps... We have a 16 yr old Lab as well... A Garage is a Necessity.... A shed would work as well... Bikes need to be built and ours needs to be out of the weather... We are paying $450.00 now but can swing $500.00 if necessary... We may be renting a storage space for the Bike Building this week,,,, Sooooo,,,,,, This is NOT a must on that level.... However the situation in our current living space is NOT conducive to a Student going to MMI.... There is no quiet time for studying here unless Hawk gets up at 3am and that is getting old quick....Please put ur feelers out there for us... This is an Emergency..... 602-770-3066
