Haylee Dunn Update: She sleeps. They wake her for hand squeezes and leg pushes, temp taking, heart listening... she goes back to sleep. She sat up and got herself a drink of water.. she went back to sleep. Brother showed up with Alex - and Haylee gave him the Secret Handshake - I saw the worry slip away from his face... Katie Hahn came to sit with Tony and I during Surgery... thank you George! I have duty in ICU tonight - we are hoping for transfer back to Pediatrics tomorrow - but will see how she does through the night. Tony went home to gather paperwork, play with puppies, rewash the clothes left hurriedly in the washer yesterday ... and will be back in the morning. I walked a thousand miles on the grounds - and looking forward to stretching out by the baby in my recliner.... I feel those invisible hugs again, and know you are all keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. Good outcome all things considered - I know they hate that person that hovers so much... turns out, this is a good thing.... Thank you ... Again. More tomorrow. Goodnight!
