The BCM Support Analyst will be responsible for significantly contributing to the management, development, implementation and maintenance of all technology elements of the strategic service. This will include but will not be limited to: * The Virtual Desktop Environment (VDE) in the Gloucester Data Centre and the strategic WAR sites. * VDE Technology Service definition and operational support model (including processes and documentation) * Appropriate service performance criteria and measurement methodologies. * The development and maintenance of Customer and Supplier relationships to ensure the ongoing delivery of service to the required level Requirements are * Provisioning virtual desktops for test, standby, invocation * Checking / managing antivirus configuration of virtual desktops * Deploying applications using SCCM * Password changes * Use of provisioning toolset to deploy virtual desktops across the VMware estate * Provision of recovery services for all desktop variants across global * Provision of support for live users live proving / testing. * Provision of support in the work area recovery sites * Work area recovery site build, patching AV deployment, firewall settings * Provision of solutions for any special requirements (scanning in WAR sites, encrypted printing, etc) Please contact Co Co for more detail information at [email protected] / +65 6303 0154.
