Hays Quality Assurance Senior Specialist/ Phaarmaceutical sectorBrussels Area, Belgium, BE - Pharmaceuticals Hays Life Sciences is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist to work in the pharmaceutical sector Review and approval of documents, reports and protocols Investigate OOS, approve deviations, operate CAPA system Support to audits and inspections For our Client, a pharmaceutical company located in the Brussels area and active in the development and production of APIs, we are currently recruiting a QA Senior specialist. This position directly reports to The Quality Affairs Director. The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be working as part of the Quality Assurance team on site ensuring products are manufactured, stored and packaged in accordance with cGMP. He / she will also support the development of GMP training packages and delivery of training. Under the direction of the reporting manager, continuously improve QA and Compliance systems, strengthen quality awareness and investigate quality issues using applicable process improvement and problem solving techniques to assure successful outcomes of Company and external Health Authority inspections. Daily activities and responsibilities will include the review and approval batch records, procedures, protocols), the operation of the change control system and CAPA System, perform audits and provide quality oversight for Audits and inspections, collaborate to suppliers qualification, etc. For this role we are looking for a candidate with a scientific degree and a proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in quality assurance roles. Very good knowledge of cGMP, root cause analyses and auditing experience are required. We demand good interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility and an ability to multitasking.
