You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and promoting Hays recruitment services to a wide variety of clients within your specialist area through cold calling, face to face meetings and networking at industry events. You will also be pro-actively sourcing and screening suitable candidates to provide your clients with a selection of the best people to fill their vacancies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle of all roles that you process, and be the liaison between client and candidate, ensuring the process is run effectively and efficiently.
