Hazen White St. Francis school came for a visit to the farm today to learn about the importance of healthy food and how food is grown. Then they came to Kredls for a lunch of watermelon, veggies with hummus and burgers made with 100% local grass fed beef on buns made with organic speerville flour. Kids love healthy food, they just need to be taught why it is important. One student saved the seeds from his watermelon. He must have learned something. Too bad they are sterile in seedless watermelon, but hell figure it out :).
