He also gave him a copy of the text of the edict for their annihilation, which had been published in Susa, to show to Esther and explain it to her, and he told him to instruct her to go into the king’s presence to beg for mercy and plead with him for her people.(stand in the gap, intercede, petition through prayer and Holy boldness) “All the king’s officials and the people of the royal provinces know that for any man or woman who approaches the king in the inner court without being summoned the king has but one law: that they be put to death unless the king extends the gold scepter to them and spares their lives. But thirty days have passed since I was called to go to the king.” (Malachi) he sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. (no one is exempt) For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place(he trusted that God was going to make a way of escape for the chosen people again as God had always made a way before), but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position (Gods plan all along) for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:8, 11, 13-14 NIV) In the Old testament we can see the mercy of God yet we have a choice. The choice we have is first to trust God, Esther knew that the choices she had to make to go before the King could cause her death. Yet she had fear or some doubt, as you read the book of Esther youll find that she choose to fast and call all to do a corporate fast. To be on one accord. Why? Because we as Gods people can tap into the supernatural power through trusting Him and calling on God to change what we see as fearful and God can and will change it to peacefulness and change the outcome. Praise Him! Sing to Him! Pray to Him! Psalms 63 tells us how to praise Him. Things change no matter how we see them or think they could turn out to be. God is faithful. Meditate on God and wait upon His plan for you. Be prepared to give all your heart, mind, body and soul and be transformed to fulfill your calling and God given purpose. You are needed to go into the inner courts today. Pray. Read The Book of Esther. Gain much knowledge and wisdom. We are Royalty in His eyes. We are Daughters of the King. Amen
