He committed the offences in Fort Portal and was tried. But because of the gravity of the offences Moses Wagaba committed, he was transferred to serve his punishment at Luzira prison. It is a maximum security prison but Wagaba managed to elude the security there. However, since July 12, 2013, the Luzira prison authorities did not rest until the re-arrest of the convict who had served one and half years of the 45-year-punishment. Read more:
