He died and many of his friends showed up Each of them were told to grab a cup When they had and all seated as they were told First the young and then the old His message was to sit and expect the cup to be filled Or get up and find something to put in it and be thrilled Well the young ones got up and went toward the table The older ones most of them could not remember the fable You know the one , the moral was, you got to work to get anything done Get the work done and then have fun Well the kids started coming toward the older folks Who knew the deceased liked good jokes Each child had a gold bar in the cup and were having a good time That is when they were told maybe they would listen closer the next time No more gold is to be had If you were too lazy to help yourself that is too bad
