He draws men but men must choose Him. He shed His blood to change the equation by inserting His perfect will into the realm of freewill. Angels & Men have the ability to choose or reject Him. I ask God to open hearts. WHY? Does God open some hearts and not others? NO, the Lord provided atonement for ALL MEN and so He tries to draw them. The enemy blinds the hearts and minds of people so they wont receive the living Gospel because once a human heart makes a faith based decision with the smallest amount of freewill they will be forever changed and cleaned from crimson stains. So I say FATHER draw them. I say FATHER bring them in and fight for them that they might know what Your son did. You dont create any obstacle that would block Your salvation. You fight for LIFE. You made a WAY for us in the DARK of NIGHT. JMK
