He gets all the Glory In Jan 2007, I began my MA in Counseling, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling journey. They say 7 marks completion, and today I submitted my final paper, internship log, & site and self evaluations toward my degree! To top it off, I received a call back for a position that I applied for almost 2 weeks ago. Tomorrow they will present an offer. But please know that, before this yes, I received 3 Nos. I didnt get bitter because I knew God knew exactly what I needed. I will be able to have a position where my schedule is flexed, so I can work on my business and work in my gifting!! It doesnt get better than that! I never anticipated being in this program this long. In fall 2009 or summer 2010, I was unable to complete the internship requirement because my crazy self enrolled in a 2nd MA program @ Gallaudet University. And there were no paid internships. Trials led me to burnout and before I knew it, I set aside my degrees and went on active duty. In Aug 2013 I felt the Holy Spirits prompting that I needed to separate from active duty and finish this degree. In Fall 2013, I began the 1st of 2 paid internships he provided for me. Each working with the population he would only have me serve: individuals who are deaf! The time on active duty brought me to 100% and I was able to transfer several months to my hubby, so we were able to stay afloat financially with both of our GI Bills. Talk about provision! He knows that I am a fan of the mysterious and miraculous. God knows that I am a child that needs clear distinct signs that is He...every step ordered could only be HIM! I guess I am saying all this to affirm each of you who are still limiting his abilities (me too). He has a plan for your life. You just have to move. His timing is perfect!
