Note1: Vietnam is one of the the countries that changes the most often its constitution which never really brings its people to its motto of Freedom, Independence & Happiness but only a few... Note2: Only Northern Countries investors can invest & contribute to them, as well as make profit from them lol... And then some Viet Kieu family moneys here & there, then & now from the USA, then Canada, Australia and France lol... (whom Id bet are also very divided about these leaders too lol...) Note3: Its an economy and political system still greatly needing more transparency, accountability, universal-debate/consensus and diversity lol...
