He is such a good guy. He very diplomatically handled Genox my old oxygen supplier for my cluster headaches. I just didnt have the strength to do any more. I love how he says to the alleged supervisor you arent selling hand lotion, you are selling oxygen...ya know...the essential thing we need to breathe...if thats not a sense of priority...He says let me get this straight, you drop off what equates to thousands of dollars worth of equipment to my house and you dont know how I am going to pay for it as my insurance denied to cover it and you find no reason or urgency to get to my house to retrieve your stuff?! He says...come get all your stuff out of our house, we no longer want to do business with you and she says but sir I wouldnt feel right about taking it from your home without knowing if you have another supplier for your wife. He says we have another avenue. but sir, cant I interest you in a machine that will produce 15 liters so she will never run out? No...we dont want to do business with you and neither does our insurance company, come get your stuff. Back and forth and badda bing ...so she says well sir we have a window tomorrow from 11:00 to 4:00 and he says Cindy, if it was your day off tomorrow would you want to sit at your house all those hours to wait for someone to come and get stuff out of your house or would you want to go out and enjoy your day off...I suggest you do better than that window, you know where your deliveries are. ok...sir we will call you. Whew...better him than me. He did ask her if you are the supervisor did you not receive a letter from my wife addressed to The Supervisor? well sir...I did see something uploaded but have not read it yet sir, we are in the midst of a new phone system with the merge of companies and are very busy. Well if you continue to not answer your phones like you did to us all week last week then soon enough you will be able to handle your call volume as there wont be many clients left to worry about getting to. So, thank you dear sweet husband for taking care of this mess for me and I look forward to a new week with a new supplier and on the road to my own recovery.
