He is very correct. Although he didnt say like this; Unless there is a health reason for a child being overweight, its generally because their parents feed the wrong foods and havent taught them about nutrition. If a very young child is overweight, its their parents fault and it will cause that child grief their whole life. American children are way too large and generally their parents are the same. Not everyone is built small, but being obese is preventable. It gets harder to stay smaller as you age, why start their life making it hard and causing them to be picked on. Ok, ok, Ill get off my soapbox
