He judges you without even knowing you. He lies to you. He lies to your friends. He doesnt know anything about you, and you let him tell you how good YOU are? Uh uh. Hes not allowed to tell you what youre worth when he has no clue. He sees the surface of you, and you allow him to control how you feel when you look yourself in the mirror. Its not right. It needs to stop. Find some real friends that can actually give you some insight into where you stand. Theyll tell you nicely if you could be working a little harder without sending you to the freezer in tears, reaching for a pint of cookie dough ice cream. Break up with your scale. If you cant be with him without letting him abuse you, its time to say goodbye til youre strong enough to know that his opinion isnt the only one that matters.
