He looked into her eyes, ferociously wiping the tears away that were threatening to fall down. She looked weary and tired. Yet the brightness in her eyes shone for a moment before starting to fade steadily. He took her wrinkled hands in his. She seemed to be so fragile lying there that it made him think even a small squeeze would break her. Her eyes were teary too. And then suddenly the light in her eyes were gone. There was no more sparkle in them, just two black holes without an end. Her hands felt so lifeless and limp. He knew it was the end. The end of her part in this world and the beginning of his life without her. She was the one who taught him how to love, she was the one who tied the knot with him, she was there beside him every moment, every day until she had no choice but to retire, she showed him the true meaning of happiness, she was his all. She knew him like the back of her hand, she could always tell when he was upset, or when he needed something, she had the ability to make him laugh even when he was worried, she cared for him more than anyone else in this world. It doesnt matter if she was there or not, whether he saw her daily or not, hell remember her forever. And one thing was for sure, even if she left him for now, hell never stop loving her. Shell always be the one who made him happy. If she cant do it anymore, her memories will. #MY
