He makes an excellent point. People have been saying cameras on cop vests is a solution to police brutality, but they can obviously very easily get away with murder even when it is on video. Theres no reason for four cops to tackle this man with his hands in the air, then choke him to death. And the only person who ended up with charges was the guy who shot the video.
