He was sentenced to death in 2005. If he didnt have the funds to hire a private firm he would still be on death row. Some people have no idea what this fight is like. Even when people ask me, I am often at a loss for words to explain the virtual railroad that sends an innocent man or child to prison. It was derailed for this brother tho and it will soon ve derailed for Kenny too. Brown claimed that he couldn’t have committed the robbery because he was with his girlfriend and even made a phone call from his girlfriend’s phone at the time the robbery was taking place. The evidence to support Brown’s alibi was not available for trial because police did not produce it.
