Our respected client is seeking a professional for the job of Head of Manufacturing, to be based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities will include: Strong experience of supply chain management (including expediting, lead-time reduction, inventory management, packaging & shipping). Manufacturing Engineering (including Process flow, Standard Operations, plant layout, waste elimination, continuous improvement, engineering change control). Broad engineering technical skills and knowledge of implementation across a wide range of industries. Communication, influencing, negotiating and assertiveness, decision making and judgement. Demonstrate Lean Manufacturing experience in a low volume high item environment. Requirements: Willing to be based in Tangerang Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical) At least 10 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position and preferable from metal stamping/ automotive manufacturing company Strong problem solving skills (containment & counter-measure). Experience of implementation of manufacturing functionality of ERP/MRP systems. Experience of improving ISO 9001:2008 within manufacturing, Quality management / delivering Customer requirements.
