Head of Sales - ASEAN vacancy Global IT shared services company Permanent Malaysia or Singapore based Selling into ASEAN USD30 mil sales target – insurance segment Offering Infra/applications/big data/security Individual contributor role Head of Sales - ASEAN ( Insurance ) Job Summary: •Serves as a strategic partner to customer, managing client relationships on large accounts. •Sets the vision and direction for expansion and account profitability utilizing entire suite of company solutions. •Promotes customer intimacy by building a culture open to change, innovation, and growth within the company. •Combines and leverages best practices, industry trends, and experience to achieve the best client and company solutions. •Develops strategy for deeper penetration of existing account or accounts. •Utilizes and leverages best practices developed during customer engagements on subsequent engagements, leveraging success for winning new customers in a respective industry. •Participates in the development and execution of long term integrated client account plans and opportunities; directs resulting business development efforts. •This is an Individual Contributor Role with regional exposure •Industry Experience – Insurance / Financial Services Key Attributes for this Role: •Solution/Value based selling. Consultative sales skills •Industry knowledge at least 5-10 years in manufacturing industry. Must have good connection within the industry verticals. •Technology Background-good experience in selling technology solutions in the target industry •Experience in structuring large, complex, multi-year, multi-region solution deals to solve customer problems •Strong skills in building sales pipeline: opportunity identification all the way to closure. •Understands how to structure account plans to identify current and future opportunities •Able to drive and harness internal resources to bring the best value to the client Essential Job Functions: •Supports overall responsibility for Client Relationship at the companys executive level. •Plans, directs and manages sales and market activities to continually reflect customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/technology. •Impacts customer business strategy and sells solutions across the company solution portfolio. •Establishes and articulates innovations and growth opportunities for customers and the company. •Ensures client satisfaction and broadening of offerings with potential new customers. •Leads the strategic direction of the account by establishing and articulating account growth and client satisfaction goals in relation to client expectations. •Focuses on account expansion and revenue generation. •Involves sales support for penetration of specific deals. Advises on and executes business development strategies. May advise on proposal activities as assigned. Basic Qualifications: •Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience •Bachelors degree in related field preferred •7+ years of industry or client relationship experience •7+ years of proven sales experience and/or client relationship management •Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibility •Experience working with management implications of varies forms of financial data Please email feroze.roman@peopleservcorp
