Head of Sales is required for a Multinational Nutrition Company Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for a Multinational Nutrition Company, the Job Description is as following: Job title: Head of Sales Reporting to: Country Business manager Main Responsibilities: · Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy (depending on the situation some criteria may already exist or be established by the organization’s chairman, owner(s)/shareholders) · Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence · Recruit, select and develop executive team members · Direct functions and performance via the executive team · Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies · Report to shareholders/parent board on organizational plans and performance · Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards. Experience: Not less than 3 years in the same position Qualifications: · Bachelor degree. · 4-6 years (back ground sales is a must) · English Language: Very Good · Computer Skills: Very good Gender: Male Working Hours: from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM Days Off: Friday and Saturday Location: Cairo, Egypt Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package.
