Review the current system against the agreed standard framework and validate the actions coming from the gap analysis ensuring full compliance with the standard 2. Develop an action plan to define the scope required to close out the identified gaps in the current system against the standard 3. Draft the required documents (standards/procedures in conjunction with the Operations Team. 4. Gain approval and sign off for the developed procedures and input into the document management system 5.
