Heading into my last session today I am so grateful, humbled, and excited. My time here has been a blast. The tribe at Towne Fitness have been so welcoming. Their positive energy and zest for life is something I will take away and will always remember. I cannot wait to watch them grow their program and I KNOW they will be so successful! No doubt I will be following them on facebook to gain inspiration and tap into their fun. Les Mills friends are the BEST to have!! That being said, I miss my husband Tommy Uhlis and my spawn. I miss my tribe at Bodyplex Hiram and look forward to seeing you all bright and early tomorrow morning. All of your ongoing support has fueled me to push harder, dig deeper, and try and make you proud! Today I stay humble yet bold, I remember my roots but look onward and upward, and I claim namaste and kick some ass. CX works day two lets get at it. #onetribe #lesmills
