Heading on home from another successful outing at my one of my favorite races of the year SuttonAviation RC Raceway Sar Canadian off-road champs. I ended up TQing both 4x4 sc and 1/8 scale with my MIP/Losi vehicles. I came home with the win in 4x4 sc and narrowly missed the win in 1/8 buggy over a tie in points, great job to my good friend David Gibson on the win. Also great job to my MIP team mate Dave Henry we had an epic battle all weekend long. Along with my 4x4 classes I was able to take home a solid 5th in 4x4 bug and 7th in 2wd mod with my Schumacher K1 and KF . I was lucky enough to stay an extra day to recoupe and see some sites in Ottawa which is something I rarely get to do on my trips so its a treat to say the least. And was able to take time to pack as it takes me forever with all my gear, I should be an ultimate Tetris champ as well hahah. Also grabbed some dinner with my good friend and owner of Sutton aviation, Billy Sutton on the final day. And last but not least special thanks to Yannick Turpin for the all the wrenching and marshalling help this weekend, running 4 classes would have been quite impossible without his assistance. Special thanks to MIP for making everything possible and for all my sponsors for the support including MIP, Betty JConcepts, Tekin Racing, Muz Schumacher, Airtonics, Zombie batteries, Lunsford, AKA, proline, Zero 260 paints, tekno rc , Avid, Schelle, Hy-traction Juice, SNR carbon fiber, A main hobbies, and Velocity RC Magazine. Im boarding the plane now to head off and should be in Cali in a decent 9 hours. Oh and the picture with the girl on it is a Bag o Milk!!! They are crazy here on Canada hahahah. See ya soon guys for the Apex race come september! Going to be a blast.
